Abstract:
A pioneer example of the science fiction film, originally made in England in 1906 by Charles Urban, an American from the Edison studio, later annotated by Paul Killiam. Predicts with frightening accuracy the use of planes and rocket missiles in warfare. Music and narration have been added.

Possibilities of War in the Air aka Airship Destroyer, which is sometimes given a release date of 1909, was also released to home viewers on the Super 8mm format. The running time is 11 minutes in b&w, silent, with on screen introductory text(which was included with almost all Blackhawk films)....

The running time is 11 minutes in b&w, silent, with on screen introductory text(which was included with almost all Blackhawk films). The film shows no signs of degrading.
